2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will
admit his mother ... hospital on 06.06.2023 for knee replacement.
He further submits that medical documents of the mother of the
petitioner is placed on record. He further submits
treatment at
Delhi. That Apollo hospital was the best hospital for knee
replacement operation. That the medical experts had statedly
advised him to undertake knee ... best hospital at Delhi and, therefore, he wanted to undergo
knee replacement operation in Apollo Hospital, New Delhi.
This all goes to show that

and was operated on 24.12.2014 for knee replacement.
