mechanical ventilation after admission on 27.07.2017. Laprotomy and
Cholecystectomy was done on the patient on 29.07.2017 by one Dr.
Sanjeev Bhatia stating ... Learned counsel further submits that on seeing the

Advance Stage-III C and has undergone Laproscopy, Laprotomy,
Cytoreductive surgery with Pelvic Peritonectomy TAH-BSO with
Omentectomy, Retroperitonieal, Lymphadenectomy
would reveal that the claimant has
sustained the following injuries:
"18A. Laprotomy and Adhesiolysis
and b) Large Incisional Hernia-Inlay
proceed Meshplasty ... records would indicate
that in the year 2011, the claimant underwent Laprotomy and
Adhesiolysis and Large Incisional Hernia.
