that the petitioner was addressing a gathering with
the use of Loud Speaker, there is no allegation against him.
It transpires from the First Information
coming from duty he had restrained the petitioner
from running the loud speaker on which the petitioner attacked
the informant with a knife and obstructed
Sections of the Indian Penal Code and
Sections-3/9 of Loud Speaker Act, 1955.
It is alleged against these petitioners that they along with
Indian Penal Code and Section 3/9 of the
Loud Speaker Act.
The accusation is that at the instance of the association of
businessman
