This writ petition shall be treated as one challenging the
order disposing
original application before the
tribunal [O.A. 3559 of 2017 (LRTT)]. The challenge to the
order dated 27th August, 2018 was not accepted ... drafting of the Original Application being O.A.
No. 1466 of 2017 (LRTT) has inadvertently failed
to look into matter of the cause title
arising out of O.A. 1938 of 2011 (LRTT).
W.P.L.R.T. 97 of 2019 is directed against the order dated 6th December ... arising out of O.A. 1938 of 2011
(LRTT).

petitioners' original application, numbered as
O.A. 811 of 2017 (LRTT), was disposed of with certain directions along with

Mr. Roy, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners has submitted that
the points of fact and law involved
jurisdiction and
to admit an original application [O.A. 1706 of 2018 (LRTT)], wherein he sought
for the following relief:
"a) To pass ... advised. It was thereafter that O.A. 1706 of 2018 (LRTT) was presented
before the tribunal.

We fail to comprehend
been challenged by the original applicant in O.A.
3008 of 2003 (LRTT). The said order was passed in
Miscellaneous Application ... application for
condonation of delay filed in O.A. 1266 of 2003 (LRTT).
We have, minutes before, decided COLRT 01 of 2015
involving the same
advocate for the petitioner was passed
on O.A. 1440 of 2018 (LRTT); however, the certified copy
reveals that such order was passed ... LRTT). A fresh application for certified copy has been
made, which he seeks to annex to the writ petition upon
the same being obtained. Hence
fixed the petitioners' original application [O.A. 633 of 2018
(LRTT)] for further consideration on 25th June, 2020.
Mr. Ali, learned advocate appearing ... aforesaid order, nothing survives for decision on O.A. 633 of
2018 (LRTT); the same also stands disposed of.
