Penal Code and subsequently Section 302 of the Indian Penal
Code was added to the set of allegations.
Perusal of the order impugned manifests ... before this Court as
regarding the genuineness of the matriculation certificate. A
matriculation certificate has been given a primacy in the matter of
determination
submission of the Petitioner that he has to appear in the
Matriculation examination commencing from 17th March, 2015.

more qualified being a Graduate whereas the
petitioner was only a matriculate. On the other

conviction in terms of Section 389(1)
of Criminal Procedure Code ( CrPC ).
A supplementary affidavit to the interlocutory

his entire family member. As per the prosecution case, the
daughter of the informant after finishing her matriculation
examination was returning home ... case no. 226 of 2010 under Sections 302 / 34 of
the Penal Code. The Investigating Officer found the case true and
submitted charge sheet

It is alleged by the informant that his nephew was
married with the victim and the victim was preparing for
