She had also received palliative radiotherapy to her bone
metastasis and was on oral endocrine therapy
(Aromatase inhibitors), + Inj Zolendronic Acid ... done on 29.8.19 showed - non FDG avid bilateral
lung nodules suspicious of metastasis along with
multiple skeletal metastasis to sternum
scan dated 23/01/12 showed a left lung mass with multiple
metastasis to dorsal vertebrae, ribs and multiple rib fractures.
Patient was managed conservatively ... with Diagnosis of Carcinoma
Lung (poorly differentiated) with multiple skeletal metastasis
with Lt. basal consolidation with acute respiratory distress with
acute coronary syndrome
