assignment deed No.4891 of 1999 dated
04.11.1999 is obtained by fraud, misrepresentation and collusion and hence is
void. 1st respondent claimed that notwithstanding ... aside.
3. Appellant denied that there was any fraud, misrepresentation or
collusion as pleaded by the 1st respondent. He contended that he purchased
