For Petitioner ... enjoyed the retiral benefits along with the pension till he went missing with effect from 21.12.2015.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that when
Finance (Pension)
dated 22.01.91, DCRG and Family pension were
granted to the family of the missing employee after two
years instead of one year ... case of family pensioners
also. In such cases family pension shall be paid to the
next eligible family pensioner if there is one, after

Therefore, the respondent is entitled to receive the family pension of her
missing husband as already sanctioned
reasons cited in the letter is that
the family pension is applicable only to the missing persons ... dated 02.08.1991, family pension can be
granted only to the missing employee but the delinquent was already
removed from service 05.09.2014. The petitioner approached this
