incident to the family, the Petitioner
informed that he had made her MMS which would be shown to everyone
and the reputation of her family ... again did
'galat kaam' under the threat that her MMS would be shown which will
bring bad name to the family. Though
prosecutrix (PW-1), Sanjay Mahavir (PW-4) informed that one

obscene MMS has been prepared of the prosecutrix which was also
shown to them ... with her and despite objection of the
prosecutrix he prepared one obscene MMS of that act. The
prosecutrix belongs to Scheduled Tribe. The investigation
forcibly under the false promise of marriage and
has prepared her MMS and further threatened the
prosecutrix to upload the MMS ... with 23 girls and at this the accused
showed her one MMS and threatened her that he would
upload the same on internet
physical relations with her and during that
period he got prepared her MMS. She also deposed that
thereafter accused Manoj showed the said MMS ... physical relations with
her and during that period accused Manoj prepared her
MMS.
34. This accused Manoj in his statement
committed rape upon her in the bathroom forcibly and had also made
MMS of the same. She further alleged that after this incident of rape ... Sitaram Bazar on the pretext of some discussion and showed her the MMS
Clip on a mobile made by him, after seeing which the Prosecutrix
threatening to harm her reputation by circulating her photographs on
internet and MMS and also by threatening to kill her husband and
daughter.
