forcibly under the false promise of marriage and
has prepared her MMS and further threatened the
prosecutrix to upload the MMS ... with 23 girls and at this the accused
showed her one MMS and threatened her that he would
upload the same on internet

her and stated that accused has cheated, blackmailed to viral her
MMS and raped her and as such an action be taken against ... state of
unconsciousness he committed sex with me and
prepared my MMS. After two days he showed me
that MMS and blackmailed
told the police about the incidents of rape, he would show
her MMS to the world at large. At a later point of time even ... receiving
threats from him with regard to making her MMS public she
kept mum and bore his child. The prosecutrix then told
about these facts
threatened
her that if she would tell to anyone, he would MMS her pictures to her
family members. He also told her that his father ... life. He started contacting her sisterinlaw. He sent MMS of her nude
pictures to her sisterinlaw. They both started making
nude pose. It has
further been alleged that accused has prepared MMS in
his mobile and with the help of same he started
blackmailing ... further been alleged that on the
basis of MMS and photographs, the accused started
blackmailing her and started demanding money from her
and she used
inform about this instance to anyone then he will
deliberately circulate her MMS. Contrary to which during her
cross-examination on 02.05.2014, she resiled from
anticipatory bail. It came up for
hearing before co-ordinate Bench (MMS Bedi, J.) on
20.05.2016 and following order was passed:-
"Counsel
marry. Not only this this applicant has threatened to make obscene MMS viral thereafter on 10.10.2018 and thereafter on successive periods this relationship has continued
using abusive language and threatening her.
It stated that many videos and MMS have been recovered from the phone of
accused. Hence, bail application ... Court and had thereafter
threatened to send the videos and MMS, which were obscene to her husband
and also post them on various social media
2020.
P.U.D stands disposed of.
