liable to automatic termination if
he overstays on leave without
permission for more than seven
days. In case of sickness
matters aforesaid; or (m) absents himself without leave, or without sufficient cause overstays leave granted to him; or (n) is guilty
permission/sanctioned leave and for taking action against those who
have overstayed without the prior approval and without the prior
permission of the University ... said practice, the
University decided that services of those employees, who overstayed
without prior permission for more than 45 days from the date of issue

HEADNOTE ... that unless and until the offence of absence without
leave or overstaying leave granted to a member of the serv-
ice, without sufficient cause
absents himself without leave; or (b) without sufficient cause overstays leave granted to him; or (c) being on leave of absence and having received information
permission area from which a person is directed to remove himself or overstaying when permitted to return temporarily.
