was known as Paimash No. 722/4. The factum of ownership of
the respondent ... decreed in their favour in
respect of 1.80 acres land at Paimash No. 722/4 and which
decree had attained finality by dismissal of special
measuring to an extent of 1.10 acres, which was
corresponding to earlier paimash No.312. The said land was owned by one
V.S.Subramaniya ... above, the Revenue records were also mutated incorrectly
without tallying the corresponding paimash number.
(xiii) It is the further case of the applicant that
warrant to the very
same Advocate Commissioner directing to take the paimash number as a
criteria for taking the physical features and also to measure ... before this Court.
