drug Dosage formulation. Drugs Dicyclomine
hydrochloride, Paracetamol, Cholorpheniramine
Maleate are Schedule-H-drugs of Drugs and Cosmetics
form of
Drugs dosage formulation. Whereas Drugs Dicyclomine
Hcl and Paracetamol are schedule H Drugs under
Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 . As per record
presence of the drugs salts Diclofenac sodium,
Paracetamol, Dextropropoxyphene hydrochloride.
Promethazine-hydrochloride.
Salts Diclofenac sodium paracetamol and
promethezine hydrochloride are schedule 'H' drug
Govt. of India
notification no. 826 (E) dated 14.11.85. Paracetamol is
neither psychotropic nor Narcotic drug.
In this case, the recovery of that drugs
were also found to contain Paracetamol are neither
psychotropic nor Narcotic Drugs.

Chlorpheniramine Meleate, Codeine Phosphate,
Dextropropoxyphene Hydrochloride, Dicylomine Hydrochloride,
Paracetamol, Diphenoxylate Hydrochloride, Actropine Sulphate and
Dextropropoxyphene Napsylate.
At the outset, learned State
recovered from the petitioner containing
Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Codeine Phosphate, Dextroproxyphene
Hydrochloride, Dicyclomine, Paracetamol and Carisoprodol do not
come under the mischief of NDPS Act .
Without
report opined that the
drugs contained Chloropheniramine Maleate, Codeine Phosphate,
Dextropropoxyphene Hydrochloride, Paracetamol, Diphenoxylate
Hydrochloride, Dextropoxyphene Napsylate.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has urged that
were found
containing Diphenoxylate Hydrochloride, Atropine Sulphate,
Dextropropoxyphene Hydrochloride, Dicyclomine Hydrochloride and
Paracetamol.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended
that the drugs recovered from
examiner, submits that the powder was
tested and it was found containing paracetamol. He further
submits that no case is made out even against Geeta ... that on chemical analysis the powder recovered was found to be
containing paracetamol and not any narcotic drug or
