petitioner gets attack of semi paralysis and
needs nursing care and injections everyday.
The documents of the treatment
process of his treatment, his condition deteriorated and he suffered
paralysis on the right portion of his body. In any case, the above

diagnosed as suffering from Locomotor Disability in both lower limbs
(paralysis) and was assessed as suffering from 90% physical
impairment. Based on this report, vide
respondents submits that the
respondent no.2 is suffering from paralysis and is in urgent need of the
amount to sustain her livelihood
