school register, while according to the Parivar Register, her date of
birth was 05.03.2004; therefore, under these circumstances, it is
suspected
birth is 01.01.2000
and as per the extract of the Parivar Register, she was
born in the year, 1997; therefore, on the date
alleged victim, the
date of birth of the victim in the Parivar Register was 16.07.2000,
which was correct; according to the mother of the alleged

written in the parivar register i.e. 04.03.1998.
