Shivansh has also been recorded in Parivar Register of Panchyat as their
son. It is also stated by her that
producing cogent and
reliable evidence. Further that in copy of Parivar Register (Exhibit P-
20/PW-9), there is cutting with respect to date ... Police Station Jhakri, stating therein that copy of the Parivar
Register had already been issued to the Police, but date of birth

conclusive unrebutted material on record to substantiate
directed to bring
necessary valid IRDP certificate along with copy of Parivar Register,
having his name entered in the IRDP family, establishing that ... valid OBC and IRDP certificates, requisite affidavit and necessary
copy of Parivar Register, establishing that he was belonging to OBC
(IRDP) family. However, on declaration
daughter Priyanka Kumari has also
been entered in the Parivar Register. Keeping in view the future interest
of the family, they have prayed for quashing
basis of date of birth, copy of Parivar Register, age of
victim, on the date of incident, was found 14 years, 5 months ... basis of date of birth certificate and
copy of parivar register, age of Jai Krishan alias J.K. was found to be 14
years
