2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed
parole application on 07.02.2023 before the Competent Authority ... period of four weeks as mentioned in the Parole/Furlough Guidelines.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed
