founded on his unsatisfactory jail conduct, specifically on account of his
overstaying parole for a period of more than four years. According ... record, and that he committed no offence during the period of parole
overstay.
6. Counsel for the Petitioner further emphasises that the delay in
surrendering
from jail on 15th May, 2021, on emergency parole for a period of 90 days.
The parole was extended from time to time ... date fixed for his surrender, due to which he inadvertently overstayed his
parole. It is contended that the failure to surrender was neither deliberate
application seeking extension of parole for a further period
of 60 days. The petitioner was granted parole for a period of eight weeks ... before 10.11.2020, it would not be
construed that he has overstayed his parole.
5. This order may be communicated to the concerned jail authorities,
electronically
extension of parole which was granted to him by the respondent
authorities by order dated 18.08.2025.
