Even at the passover stage, learned counsel for the
defendants/applicants prays for another passover. Since ... policy of
this Court is to grant a passover only once, the said prayer is declined.
A perusal of the present application filed under Order
plaintiff but does not know anything and only seeks a passover.
4. Considering the nature of the application, the counsel should have
been prepared ... matters cannot be passed over and which passovers

8. It is quite obvious that the defendant, having realized that his written
statement does

enable junior counsels to ensure that they are not merely taking passovers
and adjournments but also get prepared in the matters and are ready
heard for sometime. The learned Advocate
for the Respondent/ husband sought a passover to take instructions.
