the passport over 26 years ... time of
obtaining the passport in the year 1990. But he has not
approached the Passport Authority seeking correction of date
because of the delay in the process.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he is ready with passport size photographs as well
petitioner to explain the delay. The petitioner has filed the captioned applications for condonation of delay which broadly advert to grounds setforth hereinabove.
