produced and some physicians' samples and drugs with expired dates
were also found kept in the shop
substance from the flat in question which are
said to be physician samples on which the labels are alleged to
have been tampered, indicating that
medicine
dealers when some recoveries were made along with spurious
drugs, physician samples and fake printed wrappers of the
medicine with certain psychotropic substances

Kumar Sinha, Kamlesh Kumar was also raided from where physician
samples and other medicines were seized. Save and except Amit

recovered huge quantity of drug of different
companies, physician sample, expired date medicines etc. and the
persons named above were involved in re-sampling
Sale Tax Act.
Allegation in brief is that large numbers of physician
samples and expired drugs were seized from the Godown of
concerned firms.
Patna
also been impleaded
in this matter for keeping expired drugs and physician samples in
his shop. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that
about some medicines kept outside his chamber with an endorsement of
physician sample not for sale etc.
Submission is of false implication and throughout
alleged that from the clinic of the
petitioner some physician samples and some medicines
of the government supply were recovered.
