therefore upon an application made by the petitioner
Trust in the year ... that the petitioner Trust is
being deprived of the use of school playground. He
submitted that there is no tar road as alleged and

1200 sq.mtrs. open land for playground. It is
also undisputed fact that pursuant to such
objection dated 14.6.2016, petitioner ... total
students, the land admeasuring 500 sq.yds. is
enough for playground.
Therefore, prima facie, if petitioner does
not have a playground, probably, authorities
concerned, they are reserved for Shopping Center and School and
Playground under the finalized Town Planning Scheme. It is also further
