You had sanctioned and disbursed loans under

property applications, without identifying the
borrowers, without ... included a charge that he had sanctioned and disbursed

applications, without identifying the borrowers, without

para-16 deposed that before applying loan for tractor, he took
loan under PMRY scheme and about ... said loan. He stated that he had informed CBI regarding
obtaining previous loan under PMRY scheme and also stated
regarding the outstanding dues. He deposed

The above PMRY loan shall be disbursed prior to March,2007 without inviting
Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh ("the
Bank") regarding various details pertaining PMRY loan sanctioned to fictitious
persons. The Bank has given its reply vide letter ... specific
directions were issued regarding status of the case filed under PMRY loan
availed by fictitious parties, following up the cases with the Police authorities
CPIO, Union Bank of India, Regional Office, Kanpur,
Uttar Pradesh regarding PMRY loans scandalously sanctioned to one Mr. Amit
Srivastava and his wife and regarding ... loans. On

receipt of the complaint the Bank has noticed that these parties to whom loans
were sanctioned were not genuine parties as PMRY
recommended by the Task Force Committee (PMRY).
The following irregularities have been observed in the said PMRY loan account of Sh. Satinder Singh ... composittre (sic ? composite) loans (both term loan and working capital finance) upto Rs. 1 Lac in each case in respect of PMRY scheme sponsored
having current a/c in the branch. He was given a
PMRY loan a/c. Abdul razak came and said that he was going ... house of
John Fernando [A-2] for the purpose of recovering PMRY loan that was
sanctioned to John Fernando [A-2] and therefore, that cannot

prosecution, the Respondent was responsible for processing
PMRY loan applications in the Kashipur Block, and when the

on 27.03.2008. Sri Y.K.Gupta accepted contradictory income ... Gupta sanctioned and
disbursed 8 PMRY loan but did not ensure utilization of bank's fund. No
project was established out of Bank loan
