record xerox copies of police verification
reports by supplying a copy thereof to
learned advocate Mr. Hajare ... submitted that in compliance of earlier

verification reports relating to medical
papers produced by the applicants have
been placed
pending against him, as a false statement,
impounded the passport. The police
verification indicated pendency of
Criminal Case No.4336/2006 in the case ... respondent
