alleged offence, the petitioner was deputed to perform the duty of
„Pulse Polio‟ and specifically placed reliance on paragraph 91 of
the case diary ... clock and the petitioner was deputed to perform the duty of
„Pulse Polio‟, the duty get off by 4.30 P.M.
The plea of alibi
earlier made a complaint against the
appellant before the District Immunization Officer (Polio)
but the appellant continued to threaten her. The appellant is
also alleged ... establishing physical
relationship with him. On 30.01.2018, while she was
administering polio drops near Baluahi Bus Stand, the
appellant is said to have repeated

the Polio Eradication Mission, Bihar. In all these documents,
original signature of the petitioner
husband's family that the complainant
is slightly disable due to polio. It is further contended
by the learned counsel for the informant that
petitioner further submits that the petitioner is 60%
handicapped, he is polio ridden and he cannot even walk freely.
The Civil Surgeon has issued certificate ... made against the petitioner and the fact that the
petitioner is a polio ridden and he is 60% disabled, the petitioner
above named
