from the
plaintiff and also procured the signatures on certain documents and
thereafter the defendants started debiting amount from the savings
account of the plaintiff ... they are
not entitled to recover the same and since the document procured by the
defendant from the plaintiff is by exercise of coercion,
misrepresentation

document. It is denied that his grandfather ever cancelled the will in question

document. The respondent has not examined any witness to prove the execution
stated that MTD report and JIR were prepared. He
identified photocopied document Mark X & Y as copy of MTD report ... complainant Sh S S Arora AE and
procured documents and also prepared site plan Ex PW6/A. He proved
the arrest of accused vide
complainant Sh R K Aggarwal, AE, DVB and procured documents and
also prepared site plan at the instance of complainant, photocopy of
which he identified
complainant Sh Attar Singh AE and procured documents and also
prepared site plan Ex PW14/A. He deposed that he received sanction
complainant Sh V P Khurana, AE and procured documents i.e. JIR,
seizure memo of case property Ex PW2/B and two photographs ... complainant Sh V P Khurana, AE and procured documents i.e. JIR etc
and also prepared the site plan vide
journey of co-accused
Kuljinder Singh. He stated that no document was procured by him which could
show that the pax Kuljinder Singh had departed ... accused persons in Calcutta. He admitted that he could not procure any
document which could show that the accused Kuljinder had departed alongwith
accused Niharika
