devised a methodology for
preparation of merit list as per the qualifying marks obtained
in terms of the resolution bearing memo no. 10326 dated ... respective category. Petitioner,
admittedly got 128 marks in the General category and 180
marks was qualifying being 40% of 450 marks in the objective
test
underlying claim that all of them have
scored more than the qualifying marks i.e. 50% in their respective
subjects.
Petitioners ... that despite having obtained more than 50% marks i.e. qualifying
marks their results were not declared by the Jharkhand Public Service
Commission
only the eligibility conditions but also structure and content of TET,
Qualifying marks, applicability and also the frequency of conduct of TET and
validity ... test are prescribed at Paragraph-5 to 8 while the
qualifying marks are prescribed at Paragraph-9 thereof. Apart from that, at

advertisement and obtained 178 marks (60% approximately), but
her name, when did not appear in the merit list ... were securing more

that 50% marks was the minimum qualifying criteria. This
