plaintiff
and defendant no. 3 uttered the following words :
"Ye randi aise nahi maanegi. Is
Bahanchodi ko to main iske gaon jakar nanga
karoonga ... ground, called defendant
No. 4 and uttered the following words :
Ye randi nahin manegi ye tujhe kya kya
kah rahi hai. Tu niche
response to the same, complainant deposed that
accused had called her "randi, teri jaisi randi maine bahut dekhi hai,
saali, maa ki chut, behan ... laudi, randi, haramzadi and kutiya". No
doubt those details of verbal abuses were not mentioned in the
complaint of complainant and in the statement
further stated that both the accused persons abused her by
saying "Randi ho tumhar aadmin nahi hai, tumahre ghar me kisi ko
be ghushwa ... joined accused Umakant and
started abusing Gudia by saying that "tu Randi hai". They were also
abusing with "Ma Bahan ki gaaliya
house
after feeding the cows. Accused Jai Bhagwan said "randi, Kutia,
behanchod, ise nangi karo, ise nanga karke puri gali me
ghumao ... Court which is Ex. PW 2/A that Jai Bhagwan said " Randi,
Kutia, and behanchod, ise nangi karo, ise nanga karke puri gali
account that she has called his mother as 'Randi' (widow). He has
threatened that he would also make her 'Randi ... accused abused her by saying that she has
called her Randi and she will make her Randi and that Ashok will not
spare

accused had also called complainant Ms. Shanti Devi "tu randi hai"
with the intention to insult her modesty. Charge sheet ... Upon this, the accused uttered to her "too randi
hai" . Upon this, she brought a palta from her house and told accused
that
would not watch them and she also
addressed the victim as 'randi'. Learned Addl. PP has further contended
that nothing has come ... would not watch them and also addressed her as 'randi'. Thereafter,
both the accused beat her mother and father. After that
abused her with filthy language i.e. "ma chut, bahan
chut, randi ki, idhar aa". Further according to her, public persons gathered
there ... used to abuse
her on her way to house by saying "randi ki idhar aa" and also "ma ki chut,
bahan
stating that the accused Surender had also
uttered the words "tu randi hai andar chali jaa, tera uske
sath chhakkar chal raha hai, maine ... also retaliated and
abused her in returned by saying "mai randi hun, to tu bhi
randi hai" and then went to her house
objected the same, accused started abusing her saying that
"randi tu upar kyun aai hai". Accused caught hold her hand and
pushed ... narrated. It was correct that she
had not stated the words "randi, tu uppar kyun aai hai" in her
complaint
