Singh even after the remarriage, it can not be denied as per
Section 24 of the Hindu succession ... would further submit that as per
Section 2 of the Hindu Widows Remarriage Act, 1856 the widow
will lose all her rights over the property
illegal withdrawal by the defendant after her remarriage.
5. Defendant in Written Statement had primarily taken three
objections/defences which I am summarizing herein ... money and
transferred back entire pension which she received after her remarriage to
