some other medicine from her clinic.

Bendale, who this time too prescribed medicines including Reziz and also issued
a certificate that the patient was suffering from Malaria
Bharatbhai Doshi examined him and advised for suspension of Reziz, two spoon daily. After consuming the medicines the patient developed serious reaction. His Hands, Eyes ... given treatment till 28.06.1998 up to morning in which Sulpha Liquid (Reziz) written medicine which administered 5 ml. given twice a day. Due to that

malaria and on 25.7.2002 she was also given anti-malaria drugs namely Reziz and Larither. Her blood test was found to be P.P. positive
conducting any test. On 14.11.2007 Tab.Taxim-O,Tab-
Temptale and Tab.Reziz were prescribed. It is therefore stated by
complainant that after 14.11.2007 health
