petitioner i.e. Pavurala Raghavulu under sadabainama/simple sale
deed, dated 08.11.1979. The petitioner's father name ... guntas situated at Arempala
Village, on the strength of sadabainama dated 08.04.2003 executed by
Sri Pavurala Raghavulu, father of the petitioner. Her name was
mutated
favour of
E.Gandaiah, G.Komraiah and Narsing Rao. The said
Sadabainama/unregistered sale deed, was validated by the Mandal
Revenue Officer, while exercising powers ... same.
5. While the matter stood thus, questioning the validation of
the Sadabainama/sale deed by the Mandal Revenue Officer, vide
proceedings No.C/1309
guntas in Sy.No.756
of Miryalaguda Village and Mandal, under Sadabainama and
thereafter, got validated the same under Section 5 (A) of the
Telangana ... under Section 9
of the ROR Act, 1971 questioning the regularization of
sadabainama vide File No.I/57/1994. It is further stated that
pending
saying that they have obtained 13B certificates from
the Tahsildar basing on Sadabainamas executed by one
Donagiri Bhaskar Rao; that respondent ... application, filed before
the Tahsildar with regard to the copies of the Sadabainamas
under which respondent Nos.6 and 7 claim to have purchased
Malla Reddy, who is father respondent No.6 herein, on
10.02.1985 under Sadabainama and since then he is cultivating
the said land without any interruption ... upon the application submitted by the petitioner for
regularisation of the said Sadabainama under the provisions of
the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass
powers have been conferred on the revenue
authorities for regularization of the Sadabainama or consequent
issuance of sale certificates. The grievance of the petitioner ... conferred powers on the revenue authorities

for validating or regularizing a Sadabainama under the Act 2020.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader further submitted that
petitioner vide application No.ROS022003283729, dated
02.11.2020 for regularization of Sadabainama dated 14.09.2011 in
respect of agricultural land admeasuring ... Thimmapur Shivar, Hanumakonda Mandal, Warangal District,
having purchased the same under a Sadabainama dated
14.09.2011 from the original pattadar. It is further stated that
subject land from one Mrs. Avusula Ratnamma on 24.12.1990

through Sadabainama and since then they are in possession of the
subject land.

No.ROS022002797172 dated 21.10.2020 for regularization of
Sadabainama dated 24.12.1990 in respect of the land admeasuring
Ac.1-00 guntas
purchased
the subject land from one Mrs. Avusula Ratnamma on 24.12.1990
through Sadabainama. Further, the petitioner also purchased land

admeasuring Ac.0-28 guntas ... Survey Nos.384, 385 and 391 of
Pidiched Village, under Sadabainama dated 19.12.1992. Since then
he is in possession of the subject land.
