Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that
the samples of milk were drawn by the Food Inspector from the
tankers which were ... less than two thousand rupees ."
In the present case, milk samples drawn from the
tankers under the management of petitioner-Ombir were found
very minor variation in the
solid nonfat contents of the sample of milk, which was taken
from the petitioner. He submits that the fat contents
opinion of the Public Analyst qua sample of Paneer
is as under:-
"From examination of the sample herein referred to and
the result obtained ... opinion that
the Milk fat % of the dry matter of the contents of the
samples marked here P-73-Sept. 09 to P-74-Sept
section 16 of Prevention of Food Adulteration Act.
Rotting khowa, sour milk and powder were
seized from the house of the petitioner when one Pawan ... make sweets out of the milk products.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the
petitioner that the seized samples have not been sent

Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act and the Milk and Milk Products
Order, 1992.
Brief facts of the case are that ... spurious desi ghee. Ten tins, each weighing 14.500 Kgs. were
recovered. Three samples of 250 grams each were taken out from each tin.
