Collector to the petitioner on July 27, 1960. It appears ... that the sanad was amended on November 3, 1960 and December
1, 1960. The sanad was in form MI and a number of
conditions were
extend to a dispute arising out of any treaty, agreement, covenant, engagement, sanad or other similar instrument which having been entered into or executed before
expenditure on account of the Shri". He relied on the Sanads, in which it was stated that the Amals (revenue shares) were ... Inam Commissioner acceded to this contention, and after examining all the Sanads that had been produced in the case, ordered that,
"the order issued
dispute arising out of any provision of a treaty, agreement, covenant, engagement, sanad or other similar instrument which was entered into or executed before ... provisions of this Constitution relating to any such treaty, agreement, covenant, engagement, sanad or other similar instrument. (2) In this article-- (a) "Indian State" means

HEADNOTE:
The Ruler of Dhenkanal State granted a sanad by way of
Khorposh allowance to his younger brother, the appellant
giving
kabuliyat excludes all lakheraj lands whether covered or not covered by Sanads. Then occurs the following important statement
