was conducted and its result was declared ... marks secured by them in the screening test;
the intention of the Rule, in prescribing a screening test, is only to short-list
candidates in each
minimum qualifying marks
for interview in three Tier Examination.
3. Selection through Academic records &
Interview/Screening Test & Interview
i) Where selection shall ... interview, there
will be no minimum qualifying marks for
interview.
ii) Where selection shall be made on the basis
of screening test followed by interview

petitioner was called upon to appear in the Interview and, thereafter ... advertisement, he also
appeared in the Interview on his having qualified in the Screening Test; it
is only because he was not selected
