Section 17B of the said Act is as follows:
"Payment of full wages to workman pending proceedings

submits that the full wages to the workman

The hearing of the application under Section 17B of
this writ petition cannot be completed due to paucity of

volumes.
However, the respondent nos. 3 submits that
their application under Section 17B of the Industrial
Disputes Act have already been allowed by the division ... court. But the petitioner submits that
against that order allowing the Section 17B application,
they approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the
Supreme Court
