In both these appeals filed under the provisions
of Section 378 of the Code of Criminal Procedure
This is a second petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C seeking
regular bail in FIR No.318 dated 29.08.2014 registered under Sections
Section 161 of Cr.P.C. The Appellant was arrested and
on completion of the investigation a charge-sheet for
offences under Section 302 , 318 ... Sessions. The
Appellant was charged for offences under Section 302 ,
318 and 201 of IPC. She abjured the guilt.
