and see whether any other provision of Indian Penal Code
misappropriation of movable property as
defined under Section 403 as also under Section 405 ,
IPC, are conspicuously lacking.

misappropriation of immovable properly as defined under Section 403
and 405 of I.P.C. are apparently lacking in the prosecution case
breach of trust, it would be necessary to
refer to Section 405 of the I.P.C. which reads as under:
