alongwith questioned video cassettes for spectrography report /

spectrography nor did the expert opine that there was no tempering/
interpolation ... same
was not sent to the expert at the CFSL for voice spectrography analysis.
Learned Trial Court has erroneously on the identification of the Complainant
voice as per the system establish in Forensic
Science Laboratory i.e. Spectrography Test. It is
further submitted that as per the case

video cassettes for getting the voice spectrography report. He
had sent the same by forwarding letter
