(No. 391/W) were taken and sent for voice spectrography
alongwith questioned video cassettes for spectrography report /
opinion. A report was received ... that they were having similar
linguistic and phonetic features. The analysis of spectrography
examination of the common clue words / sentences selected
from the specimen voices
CFSL, New Delhi along with the questioned
video cassette for obtaining the spectrography report vide letter
Ex.PW3/B. Subsequently, there was a report ... done
by resorting i.e. speaker identification by conducting
spectrography analysis and other auditory examinations to
determine the voice of the speaker and by examination
substance, delivering the custody of the
petitioner to IO for 'Voice Spectrography Test' at FSL,
Gandhinagar.
3. RULE. Learned ... Station C.R. No.8 of 2014, including cooperation for
'Voice Spectrography Test' of the petitioner at FSL,
Gandhinagar. Learned APP submits that
voice samples of the accused and send the same
for voice spectrography analysis thus resulting in the loss of valuable
evidence.
10. Thus
resorting i.e. speaker identification by conducting
spectrography analysis and other auditory examinations to
determine the voice of the speaker and by examination of
videotapes
Delhi along with the questioned
video cassettes for getting the voice spectrography report. He
had sent the same by forwarding letter
wherein he
analysed two files contained in the CDs by waveform and
spectrography. He has opined that both the files did not indicate any
alteration

Spectrography of the caller to prove that tape recorded voice was
that
brother of the deceased are sent for FSL
examination and spectrography test of the petitioner would be
necessary.
