immediately complainant vacated the seat when complainant
got admission at Sunder Nagar. It is pleaded that
complainant paid admission fee to the tune ... There is recital in affidavit that thereafter
deponent got admission at Sunder Nagar (Distt) Mandi (H.P)

deponent reached
having its registered office at D-825/826, Shristi Apartment, Sunder
Nagar, Behind Fortis Hospital Malviya Nagar, jaipur through it's
Director Shri Kishore
medical fitness certificate issued by Medical Officer PHC
Dhanotu Tehsil Sunder Nagar District Mandi on dated
05.03.2016. There is further recital in affidavit that deceased

pleaded that opposite party visited Shimla ... Insurance of
said vehicle and deponent lodged rapat in police station
