interim inspection report, dated 31st March 2011 made by
SVNIT, Surat is produced before this Court by the learned counsel
appearing on behalf ... Organics Gujarat Limited, Sarigam. It
appears that because of certain short-comings, SVNIT, Surat has
assessed that the Company may need 15 days time
filed along with a letter
dated 19th April 2011 sent by the SVNIT, Surat to the
Environment Engineer, Gujarat Pollution Control Board.

view of the report submitted by the SVNIT, the petitioner is allowed
to move before the Gujarat Pollution Control Board
that the officers of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National
Institute of Technology, Surat (SVNIT) visited the petitioners unit
and recommended for closure of the petitioner ... been recommended till they
comply with the recommendations given by the SVNIT. The learned
counsel for the petitioner submits that all necessary steps have been

noticed that by virtue of our earlier orders, SVNIT, Surat has been
monitoring the pollutant levels. The cost of such monitoring ... being
done by SVNIT, Surat is being borne by the industrial units, which
are represented by Ms.Shah. We direct the SVNIT,Surat to continue
