It is the case of the petitioner ... that the respondents advertised
9998 posts of Teaching Fellows vide advertisement dated 05.09.2007

ineligible for appointment to the post of teaching fellow against the seats

competed for appointment as Teaching Fellow on three years contract with
consolidated salary of Rs.4550/- per month
