in it. Gaytri Devi correctly identified Yashpal in the TIP. Thereafter Yashpal
refused to join TIP ... refusal to join TIP.
As discussed earlier, the Appellant Yashpal was identified by PW-4 in the TIP and
thereafter he refused to participate
