wherein it was decided to extend Time Related Continuity Allowance(TRCA) for
different categories of GDS which has to be implemented ... yearly basis. Accordingly, applicant has also been
extended with the benefit of TRCA. As on 1.1.2006, his basic pay was Rs.4640
this OA, the grievance is that the applicant's TRCA was reduced by the
respondents without assigning any reason, for which he had filed ... target and it is not a permissible

That due to provisional appointment, I have been paid in the minimum
TRCA and deprived from other service benefits of GDS like increment and
