Although on an earlier occasion, some of the
typographical errors appearing in the judgment dated
December 22, 2017 was corrected but subsequently, it
appears ... that there are further two typographical errors
which are required to be corrected.
In the operative portion of the last paragraph at

attention of this Court is drawn towards the typographical error which
took place in the order dated October 09, 2018 and the same is corrected
that section. It seems
that such omission has occasioned due to typographical
error. However, section 215 Cr.P.C. specifically provides
that no error

evidence of all the witnesses and the exhibits prove beyond reasonable
doubt that
