jurisdiction. Thereafter the applicant was transferred from Ward ... also held responsible for facilitated the owner/builder to
complete the unauthorised construction on the said
property.
5. He also failed to initiate action
officers in charge, they were required to ensure that any unauthorised
construction was stopped or demolished at the initial stage, that such
construction was booked ... over their subordinates so that
timely action could be taken against unauthorised construction. The
counsel submitted that, pursuant to a reference from the Commissioner
regarding
failed to get taken any effective step to stop/demolish the unauthorised construction, of commercial nature which was carried out at the above said property ... initial/ongoing stage.
3. He failed to get booked the unauthorised construction of commercial nature which was carried out in the said property. Thus

1. He failed to stop/demolish the unauthorised
construction of digging any laying of roof at basement
floor and unauthorised construction of Ground ... Kishan Dutt,

2. He also failed to book the unauthorised construction
for taking action

3. He also failed
applicant was that he failed to take action against some
unauthorised construction but the record show that there was no
lapse on his part because ... organise demolition. Therefore, he could
not be held responsible for the unauthorised construction that
came up as has been alleged in the imputation of charges
family; mutual exchange of residence; maintenance of residence; sharing of residence; unauthorised construction/structure; subletting; keeping of animals; overstayal in residence after cancellation of allotment
Bhairon Mandir Samiti land thereby allowed Dharamvir Khattar to utilize the unauthorised construction in the premises of Bhairon Mandir Samiti.
