petitioner is not seeking the relief on the basis of the
unregistered partition deed, but he wants to mark the above said documents for
collateral ... above said document is an unregistered one. Under the above said
circumstances, this court decides that the unregistered partition deed can be
marked only
recorded during the Panchayat is on a different footing from an unregistered partition deed and for that matter any other document which creates interest
inference has to be drawn from a wealth of circumstances. The deed and may be spelt out of the circumstances present. The right ... though Duraikannu Gramini got the suit property from a partition as per an unregistered deed. But neither Duraikannu was examined nor the said document

partition deed dated 8th June, 1984, would demonstrate that on 11.09.1993, there

18. The High Court in the impugned judgment relied ... observed as follows:
