recommendation of the Justice Shetty Commission to
increase the age of retirement from 60 to 65 years was not
accepted by the Supreme Court ... there is a backlog of vacancies
which has to be filled and as the Judge strength
has to be increased, as directed

reserved liberty either to increase or reduce the vacancies and in
view of the same, if the third respondent

the notifications increasing the number of posts advertised
at Annexure-A.

non-teaching staffs
