STR DNA Profile obtained from the vaginal slide of the prosecutrix matches with
the Y-Chromosome STR DNA Profile

uninterpretable Y-Chromosome STR DNA profile was deducted from Ex.A
vaginal slide and Ex.B vaginal swab. Placing reliance on this DNA report
brought to the hospital on very next day but her vaginal slide and other
articles did not indicate the presence of any of the sperms
Laboratory, Bhopal has clearly mentioned that Y-DNA profile obtained
from the vaginal slide of the prosecutrix matches with the Y-DNA profile
obtained from
Bhopal. Y-Chromosome STR DNA profile was not detected.
Either in the vaginal swab, vulvar swab, urethral swab, pubic hair and layscriping
with the prosecutrix ... uninterpretable Y-Chromosome STR DNA profile was
detected on vaginal slide, vulvar slide and kurta of the victim. Y-Chromosome
STR DNA profile was received
Similarly it is mentioned that uninterpretable STR DNA profile was
obtained from vaginal swab (Ex.-B) of the prosecutrix. It is further submitted
that applicant
that uninterpretable no Y-Chromosome STR DNA profile is recovered
from the vaginal slide Exhibit B and panty Exhibit D, therefore, it is not possible
examination, no corroborative evidence could have been collected in the form of vaginal swab etc, so to co-relate story of the prosecutrix
