(Ex. CW 2/C) bore his signatures at point X. Necessary videography
(Ex. CW 2/D) was taken by videographer Sunil at site. Accused
line of the company which was being used
for domestic purpose. The videography of the direct theft was taken
by the M/s. Arora Photo ... electricity qua the connected
load and mode of theft was covered by videography by the
Videographer who was present alongwith team at the site
report and seizure were also prepared at the site and necessary
photography/videography was also conducted at the spot.

prepared the inspection report, load report and necessary videography
was also got conducted and that a show cause notice was issued ... same was not
prepared in his presence and that in the videography, the load was not
properly captured and that he was using the electricity
memo and load report. It is also
mentioned in the complaint that videography/visual footage
pertaining to said inspection was also recorded.

found present at the spot, who did not allow to take
videography of the first and second floor of the said premises and
